Teaser…

Thought I would give you all a little teaser of my book LUNA. My new tag line: Silver eyes make her unique, but her past makes her legendary. She was born a warrior in a past life, she must become a warrior in this life.

Here is a little teaser from the book:

Waves crashed against the shore and rain pounded the Earth, but she only heard her footsteps. Tap. Tap. Tap. The sound was thunder in her ears but she kept running. She had to get away. Her brain screamed at her to run. Get away. The rain plastered her long hair to her face, but that didn’t stop her. Tap. Tap. Tap.           

She ran faster. Her heart beat wildly; she could hear and sense it. Boom. Boom. Boom. Her heart raced like her mind. ‘I must get away. I was too weak I couldn’t save them. I failed!’ She ran faster until exhaustion over took her. 

Stumbling she collapsed onto the shore the salty waves crashed over her soaking her bloody clothes. The blood seeped away from her dress. The cold water felt good against her sweat-covered body. Her silver eyes were dark and brimming with unshed-tears. 

She laid there breathing in the freshness of life or death. The world was being washed of its sins. As was her soul.
